Expoalb
Support

Get the account, billing or product issue to the right place.

Expoalb is currently providing email-based support while the product is in beta. The current target is a first response within two business days for general and billing requests. That target is not a contractual SLA; Enterprise response commitments are defined separately in the customer agreement when offered.

Sign-in and account recovery

Resend an account-verification email, request a password reset, or recover access without exposing whether an email address is registered.

Open account recovery

Billing and cancellation

Signed-in customers can open Billing to manage the Stripe billing profile when the Customer Portal is configured. Contact support for failed checkout, duplicate-charge questions, cancellation issues or refund questions.

Bug or product issue

Include the page you were using, what you expected, what happened, approximate time, workspace type and browser/device. Remove tenant secrets, passwords, card data and API credentials before sending screenshots.

Report a bug

Security report

Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed customer data, credential leakage or a security vulnerability privately. Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers or production API secrets in email.

Account ownership or administrator dispute

If an employee leaves, an administrator becomes unavailable, or two people dispute control of a company workspace, do not create a second organization to work around the problem. Contact Expoalb with the organization name, your role and a business email domain. Expoalb may request reasonable evidence of authority before changing ownership or administrator access. Support should not silently inspect or modify customer records to resolve an ownership dispute.

Request ownership review

What to include

Send the account email, organization name, affected page or integration, approximate time and a concise description. For property-specific issues, include the address or Expoalb record identifier but avoid unrelated tenant personal information.
