Enterprise is an onboarded company setup—not a different product.
A larger property-management, ownership, construction or service organization can use the same underlying Expoalb operating model with company structure, controlled access, migration planning and a documented rollout.
Who should use this path?
- Companies with multiple teams or departments
- Large property portfolios or multiple operating entities
- Organizations that require structured migration/onboarding
- Customers that need governance and security review before rollout
- Teams that need custom workflow or integration scoping
A controlled rollout instead of “here is a login.”
1. Discovery
Map the company, portfolios, teams, workflows, required records and integrations.
2. Workspace design
Choose organization structure, roles, property access requirements and the modules each team should see.
3. Data onboarding
Import approved property, customer and historical records with review rather than silent matching.
4. Configuration
Set agency monitoring, assignment rules, document requirements and supported accounting connections.
5. Validation
Test real workflows with company admins before broader rollout.
6. Rollout
Invite users, train teams and document the company-specific support path.
What is already part of the operating model
- Organization and workspace structure
- Owner/admin membership controls
- Organization enabled-workspace controls
- Property, unit, job and compliance operating records
- Team assignment and approval workflows already supported by the product
- QuickBooks organization connection when the deployment is configured
Advanced enterprise controls
SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, IP restrictions, custom retention policy enforcement and other advanced controls are requirements on the enterprise roadmap, but Expoalb will not label them as live until the implementation and enforcement are actually in place.
Security and governance are not only for enterprise.
Tenant isolation, server-side authorization, source attribution and safe consequential-action review belong in the base product. Enterprise adds company rollout, governance requirements and contracted support around that foundation.
